Alpha Market Tools is a free analytical platform. We provide data and tools as-is for informational purposes. Nothing here is investment advice. You're responsible for your own decisions. Be reasonable with the platform — don't scrape, abuse, or break it. We can change or suspend the service at any time.

2. What Alpha Market Tools is

Alpha Market Tools (the “Service”) is an analytics platform operated by Alpha Partners S.L., a Spanish company. The Service provides macro indicators, market signals, company fundamentals, valuation tools, and portfolio tracking. Access is free of charge.

3. Not investment advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Data may contain errors or be delayed. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make. If in doubt, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Don't share your magic link.
• You're responsible for keeping your email account secure (since it controls login).
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We erase your data within 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others.
• Resell or redistribute data or analyses without our written permission.
• Try to break, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

6. Data sources

Market and fundamental data come from EODHD. Macro data from FRED (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis). We compute analyses on top. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We provide it as-is, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We'll do our best to give reasonable warning for material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Partners S.L. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is free, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to €0.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active users at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
